Best customer service and best coffee.
I go to drive tru starbucks not that often but whenever im there they know what i want and make my coffee the way i wanted it . Nice employees seems like they are having fun inside the store . Looking nice -

Barista did not know how to make my coffee even when I explained staff twice and even looked for the receipe. How I missed my usual Starbucks! After 2 attempts she did not know how to make it and had to cancel my coffee.
After waiting 10 more minutes and others having their orders, we asked her for the remaining one and she told that the machine did show anything. Are you kidding me??!! We were there just waiting because we wanted too??!! Of course she had my first order. We explained her the situation 2 more times until I had to get the cashier involved so he could make a simple coffee!! My god, please train your baristas!!
BTW, no customer service sorry nor anything. Do not come here! -

I have 2 gripes about this location.
1. On Friday night this location was staffed with what seemed like teenagers. Maybe they were teenagers, maybe not. But man they have no business working in the service industry.
2. I should've known better than to be suckered into the large sign that said "New Juniper Latte". So i ordered my "Juniper Latte". Now here's what i think about it....
Listen up Starbucks. You made a mistake on this drink. It doesn't enhance or compliment your over-roasted coffee beans in any way, shape, or form. In fact, it's a detriment IMHO. The worst part of this wannabe beverage is that it leaves an awful after-taste - the kind of after-taste that makes you very aware that the flavoring is just a chemical-based, artificial, synthetic syrup.
If you want a nice, hot brew of aromatic coffee that cleanses your palate after every sip - stay clear of the Juniper Latte. -

The service here is just odd. The woman at the window was aloof and just stood there staring at her screen looking very uncomfortable while I was waiting for my items...She never asked me to pay for anything and at first gave me the wrong items (I think it was the person behinds me order), I had to remind her at the end that I hadn't paid for my items. I dont know if we she was new, or just having an off day, but there was just a lack of basic level customer service from both baristas at this location. I would think it would be better since it's just a drive through but who knows.

This Starbucks is one of the most BEST examples of good customer service. The baristas here seem very friendly and I can always count on them for a good beverage.
